Discounted Attendee Hotel Rates

A discounted hotel rate of $309 plus tax per night is available at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.

Discounted Hotel Rate Cut-Off: Thursday, September 10, 2026

Note: A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation and will be charged a deposit equal to one night鈥檚 room rate plus tax. The deposit will be refunded only for reservations canceled at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Please note that a credit card is also required at check-in to cover any remaining room charges.

Hotel room rates listed are for single or double occupancy and do not include applicable state, local, or occupancy taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Additional fees may apply for third or fourth occupants in the room.

Resort Fee $28.00 (+ taxes)
